I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel and wanted to share my experience. the value for money was excellent. For the price I paid, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the amenities and the level of service. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel truly welcome throughout my stay. Secondly, the rooms were spacious and clean, and I was fortunate to have a room with a big sunny balcony. The view of the surrounding mountains was simply breathtaking. Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was conveniently situated away from the ski lifts but very close to Cauma lake. This allowed me to enjoy the serenity of the lake and explore the surrounding forest trails. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and memorable vacation in the Swiss alps.

All was perfect, nothing to improve.

We had a great stay at a hotel in the Swiss Alps. It was conveniently located near several great restaurants, hiking trails, and lakes for swimming. We truly enjoyed the helpful and friendly staff. the well-maintained and spacious room had an amazing view of the mountains. the lobby bar and restaurant offered delicious meals. We liked the SPA center with good sauna facilities, and the shuttle service to the skiing area made it easy to get around.

The coffee served at breakfast wasn't up to our taste.

Located close to beautiful lakes and forests with great hiking trails. The free shuttle to the ski lifts was very easy to use and saved us money on transportation. The pool and spa after skiing were a perfect way to relax. The friendly staff and delicious breakfast were great extras that we really enjoyed.

We would have appreciated a coffee machine in our room, especially in the mornings. parking should have been included in the price, as paying extra for it seemed unnecessary.

The upgraded hotel was lovely, with welcoming staff, great perks, and a beautiful swiss lodge style restaurant. The breakfast was delicious and the view from the room incredible. Being connected to the Adula Hotel with its fabulous bar was a bonus, and the free shuttle bus to the ski lifts was very convenient. The pool and spa facilities were enjoyable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I must say it is perfect for nature lovers. The hotel is situated very close to Cauma lake, allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and take in the fresh air. Additionally, the hotel offers a big sunny balcony in the rooms, where you can relax and soak up the sun.

During my new year's stay, I loved the central location of the hotel which allowed easy access to nearby attractions and sites. the breakfast offered a variety of fresh and healthy food options that catered to different dietary needs. the large swimming pool was perfect for a morning swim and I enjoyed lounging in the outdoor jacuzzi.
